Bio

Boe-Lin Bastian lives and works in Melbourne. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with First Class Honours from RMIT and completed her studies at the Glasgow School of Art in Scotland. Recent projects include a public work presented in association with the Palace of Art Centre for Sporting Excellence, Glasgow, exhibitions at Dianne Tanzer Gallery and Kings ARI in Melbourne, and a commission for the Kick Off Program to be screened at Metricon Stadium in association with the Queensland Government. Boe-Lin Bastian recently undertook the Firstdraft Emerging Artist Studio Residency, presenting new work in Sydney with the assistance of an Ozco Artstart grant which also saw her travel to documenta 13. In 2013, Boe-lin will be exhibiting in Melbourne and Adelaide as well as around regional Victoria through a NETS supported touring show curated by Claire Anna Watson.
